Account Manager (m/w/d)

DIMA Finanzierungs- und Immobilientreuhand GmbH handles and negotiates the financing of existing properties, project developments and property development measures on behalf of commercial real estate clients throughout Germany. For more than 35 years, we have been one of the most experienced companies in the market, delivering high value to our clients through our financing processing.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Account Manager (m/f/d) in the field of real estate financing with immediate effect in a permanent position.

Your tasks:

  • Maintaining and intensifying existing customer relationships with managing directors and heads of financing departments
  • Telephone support for up to 600 domestic and foreign investors and companies in the commercial real estate industry
  • Daily 5-10 intensive conversations with investors about the exchange of market information as well as the need for new financings
  • Approach to attract new clients in order to provide them with a real benefit from our financing processing
  • Establishing contacts via social media portals such as Xing or LinkedIn
  • Collaboration on our booth at the EXPO-Real trade fair in Munich, Germany.

Your profile:

  • Ideally 2 - 3 years of successful practice in sales or telemarketing.
  • Qualification as a banker (m/f/d) or real estate agent (m/f/d) or comparable training in the business sector is also welcome
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Positive charisma and a friendly and outgoing manner
  • You identify yourself with the goals and values of our company and are able to represent them
  • You are willing to share responsibility for our work and have the stamina to work towards long-term goals
  • You work independently, are goal-oriented and appear confident - you are a good team player
