The baton is passed!
Following the sale of the shareholder majority to our employees organized in an investment company in 2019, the change in the company management will take place on 01.01.2023.
Our long-time authorized signatory Karsten Kluge will lead DIMA Finanzierungs- und Immobilientreuhand GmbH in the future. He will be supported by two new authorized signatories, Thomas Droste as Head of Sales and Angela Baum as Head of Human Resources and Legal.
Nothing will change for you. We will both continue to work for DIMA and will be available to provide you with advice and support in all financing matters. Our contact details remain unchanged.

The new management as of 01.01.2023
We are pleased to introduce the new management of DIMA:
Karsten Kluge has been part of the management team for decades. As an authorized signatory, he was responsible for finance and controlling as well as back office and human resources. He enjoys the confidence of the entire DIMA and was therefore elected as the new managing director.
Sales management will be taken over by Thomas Droste, our financing specialist with many years of experience, on the basis of an authorized signatory (Prokura). He will also be responsible for the continued successful cooperation with our financing partners.
Ms. Angela Baum will complete the management team as a fully qualified lawyer and will be responsible for legal and human resources issues. She has also been granted power of attorney as part of the new business structure.
